Internal use

Ceiling panels, wall panels for partitions, suspended frames, interior sandwich panels for refrigerators or rooms with a controlled atmosphere. Interior metal doors, interior door frames, interior metal windows, metal furniture.

The interior of the premises is an integral part of the use of painted steel. If the environment does not contain aggressive or corrosive components, UV emitters, which have a negative impact on the material during prolonged use of painted steel, interior coatings can be applied in thinner layers without anti-corrosion additives. This makes construction cost effective. Obviously, there are more expensive options for coatings with special functionality and appearance. If the product is intended for interior work with low aggressiveness to the environment, the zinc coating applied under the paint may be less dense, up to a coating weight of 100 g / m2 (double-sided, ie 50 g / m2 or 7 μm on each side). Some products with a polymer coating are suitable for interior work with special requirements for characteristics, such as lighting. These special requirements should also be taken into account during the prior consultation. For internal building elements, it is important to consider the risk of corrosion on the reverse side of the element.
